CANCELLATION POLICY:
To protect the livelihood of our business and  service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice BY PHONE for any appointment changes or cancellations. Please be aware that any unconfirmed appointments 24 hours or less will be cancelled and subject to a cancellation fee. 

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: 

  • Less than 12 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
  • "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.'
  • Incorrect booking(s) of service type by the client will result in a charge of 50% of the fee for the services booked but unused.

GRACE PERIOD:
We have a grace period of approximately 10 minutes depending of the service(s). Arriving late may affect the length of your service, or prevent us from providing you with the full service(s) you booked. Arriving late will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount for those services we are unable to perform in your booked time as a result of the late arrival.

We can't wait to see you, but if you can't make it, please give us a call as soon as possible to avoid charges - 512.813.9180. please note the salon is closed on Sundays & Mondays. Any communication from those days will be answered as quickly as possible on Tuesdays!
